Matt and Morgan had a beautiful wedding that started in Forest Lake and finished at Edinburgh Golf Course in Brooklyn Park. Once again I had the privilege of shooting shotgun with Eric Koch Photo. My primary jobs are to capture details of the day, candid moments, walking down the aisle, and the guys getting ready. Another one in the books!

I had the privilege of shooting a Rochester, MN wedding today with Eric Koch Photo! The rain held off long enough for some fantastic shots.  When I shoot as an assistant I try to capture details, emotions, and whatever else I see that tells the story of the day. Chan and Jamie chose a fun reception hall in the Blue Moon Ballroom.  Congrats guys!

Saturday was a perfect day for an outdoor wedding. In the month of April. That doesn't happen very often in Minnesota, in my experience. The wedding and reception were at Oak Marsh Golf Course in Oakdale, MN. It was a blast - not only because the weather was ideal, but because Ale and Laura genuinely enjoyed the day. Photography is so much easier when shooting happy subjects! Thanks Ale and Laura, for allowing us to share your day.

Photography and children go together pretty well. So when I became a father, one of the responsibilities on my list is to provide good photos for the family photo albums. I haven't always done a great job of keeping up - but thought I'd share a few fun ones we've taken lately.
